Waiver Requirement

• Mandatory Waiver: Every individual member, regardless of membership type (Single, Couple, or Family Add-on), must sign a liability waiver before participating in any gym activities.

Membership Structure

• Primary Memberships: Offered as Single or Couples memberships. Each member must sign a waiver.

• Family Add-on Memberships: Available exclusively for Immediate Family members of the primary member(s). Each added family member must also sign a waiver.

Age and Supervision Policy

• Age 16+: Full access, no supervision required.

• Ages 13–15: Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains inside the gym during their entire visit.

Membership Cancellation Policy

• Notification Requirement: Members must submit a cancellation notice to Inner Hero Gym at least two (2) days prior to the next scheduled auto-payment date.

• Cancellation Timing: You can cancel at any time before your next auto-payment is processed.

• Refunds: All membership fees purchased or paid for prior to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
